Slow Speed 1.9 Mbps from 21 Mbps

Once again my fibre broadband speed has dropped from 21 Mbps all the way down to 1.9 Mbps, that's just under 2 Mb using fibre, SHOCKING! It is impossible to use the internet... This is not good enough.
