Please can you give me something to go on here? What package are you on & what is the minimum download rate that TalkTalk quoted you? Then, if you log into whatever router you have & tell me what download rate it is displaying (assuming that you are not on a Full Fibre package). Then what speed test figures do you get from a device & is it a wireless or a wired (Ethernet) connection to your router?
