Hi I have been working from home for a few years but in the last couple of weeks have been unable to connect to my workplace. i was told by our IT it was to do with a firmware update.
i have a sagem router and am running widows 10.please can you help?

Will it be ok if I make a change to your firmware this morning?
We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.
