Caller said they were calling from Talk Talk and that they had spotted some issues with our router over the past few days, and that this is caused by malware or virus which has infected one of our devices and that it will now be infecting all of our devices. They said they would fix the problem at no cost to me and asked me to look at the router and tell them what lights were flashing. They sounded very far away - bad line - and the caller had a south asian accent. They were in a call centre as could hear many other people talking in background Suspecting it was a scam, they didn't have my name, just called me madam, I said I would prefer to call Talk Talk back later and deal with it. They then went quiet and I hung up.
