Request to change my Pipex email password

I'm currently locked out of my old pipex e-mail account:obscured for customer security


Are you able to help me reset the password for this account?

TalkTalk are requested to provide you with a pipex password change.


The TalkTalk Community team will reply tomorrow onwards.


In the meantime, please recheck and update your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) to include your name, current contact 'phone numbers and address with postcode (location) then scroll down and add the email address to Private notes and Save changes.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
