ACCESSING EMAIL PLUS

Hello,

Have been a TalkTalk broadband customer for many years and recall linking 5 legacy email addresses to my account a few years ago. I believe this is now called Mail Plus.

Recently I have had a full fibre account. I don't have a TalkTalk email address just a Gmail.com email address which I use to access my TalkTalk account.

How do I check to make sure the 5 legacy email addresses are still linked to my TalkTalk account with the changes a foot with Everymail etc...

I have not received any communications from TalkTalk about the changes, but want to make sure the 5 legacy email addresses are still linked to my TalkTalk account and are active going forward.

Thanks

Hi mandisa1-TT,

Thanks for clarifying that. Thought all TalkTalk emails were migrating to Everymail but TalkTalk broadband customers could have up to 5 mailboxes included.

Hi there @Owen3032 You have an active TalkTalk broadband account with us, so you have not been migrated over to Everymail, your email services will stay with us (TalkTalk)

Hello mandisa1-TT,

Had a look on the Everymail website to check for my 5 legacy mailboxes.

When I check the Mailbox Manager says - User accounts could not be loaded.

Am I missing something.

Thanks

Hi Mandisa1-TT,

Thank you for confirming that the 5 email addresses listed in my private notes are linked to my TalkTalk broadband account.

This will ensure that these mailboxes continue to be active for sending and receiving emails going forward.

Thanks

Hello fr8ys,

Thank you for your message. Have followed the link and used one of my legacy TalkTalk email addresses but do not see any of my 5 mailboxes, get this message -

User accounts could not be loaded

How do I get my 5 mail boxes added.

Where does Everymail fit into this equation ?

If you've not received an email you should be ok.

Mail Plus is for customers who are no longer TalkTalk broadband customers who pay yo retain their email addresses.

You now manage emails via Mail Manager ( https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/#/login ) and use one of your TalkTalk email addresses to access this.

Once logged in you should see your 5 emails.
