Have broadband and lost ability to send emails

Have broadband contract and after phone call told to ignore emails re Everymail.

Now cannot send emails since 28th July.

Okay thank you very much confirming. I can confirm that you shouldn't have been affected by this as I can see that your account is active and the email address linked on your account is the same as the one that on your profile. What I will do for you now is to pass your details to the relevant department and I will message you once I have some feedback. Thanks
