How has somebody (hacker) gained access to my address book and using to email them with questions or asking for payment. How do I clear it up?

Have you received an email about your email account being deleted and clicked on the link to update it?

If so it's a scam, and you should immediately change your password and scan your device for virus and malware.

If you still have your addresses stored within your account id suggest you back this up (export it) and save it as people sometimes lose this as spammers will delete the address book.

To check these types of mail, if you hover over the senders details it's unlikely to be a TalkTalk email address.

Whatever you do, you should not click on any links.

TalkTalk have requested that spam mail be reported to them.
How to do this can be found here

Thank you.
