Adding second email address to mail box

I can't add a second email address to my mailbox. I have subscribed to everymail. I have tried all the steps to add but I keep getting error messages. My poor dad can't send emails. Been trying to sort this for over two weeks, just keep going round in circles. Please help its so frustrating.

Surely talktalk need to take some responsibility for only migrating the one email address on my previous subscription with them. I have always has two email addresses linked to my account?

I understand your concerns however as you have now fully subscribed to Every Mail... All concerns about your email address will be resolved by Every Mail.

Same old story then, as when I contact everymail they send me back to talktalk. As I said previously I am literally going round and circles and no one is prepared to solve the issue. Beginning to think its all a con to get more money out of everyone so they don't loose their email address. Anyone got a direct phone number for everymail please?

@EJR07, I have just received feedback from this matter. After further investigation, I can confirm that since you have already signed up to Every Mail, you will have to get in touch with Every Mail as they will be the one to assist with adding/linking a second email account to your Every Mail account.

Any updates please? Still can't add my dads email address in my mailbox manager. This has been going on since the beginning of August and still no further on.

My dad is currently on trial with everymail so he could send emails again

Plus emails to say his account would be deleted if he didn't subscribe. Even though his email is linked to my talktalk account. My everymail account says I only have one email which is mine. His email hasn't been carried over in the switch over and I have no way of adding it as error message appears saying this email already exists.

No he doesn't, just my account. I pay £50 a year to keep our email addresses

All I need is to able to add my dads email in my mailbox manager so he can access his emails again. Error code comes up when I try to add him saying email already exits. My dad gets the pop up message telling him he needs to subscribe to access his emails. I have subscribed so he doesn't need to. His email just needs adding to my mailbox manager.
