Adidas Email Not Coming Through

Does anyone know why when I go log into Adidas account the email sent to change my password never comes through ?

Adidas have said nothing wrong at their end and not in my Spam or Trash 

Any thoughts?

Yes, this is the only email.

Other emails come through as normal.
