Another Email problem

This has nothing to do with the Hotmail / Gmail issue but to do with emails not being received by TalkTalk.

 

We have today received letters from Virgin Money advising that emails sent by them were returned as undeliverable.

 

Other customers have reported similar issues.

 

I have raised this in the past with the Forum Manager on other customers behalf and asked the question could these issues be related to the transfer of customers to Everymail and their being some conflict in mail delivery that is causing non delivery and also mail being sent being flagged as Spam.

 

I've also asked if the mail servers being used for Everymail is the same as those for TalkTalk customers 

 

This has been asked of the Email Team and chased but to date no reply has been forthcoming.

 

When adding my info to the list of issues perhaps this can be raised again in the Forum Managers absence.

 

All these issues, to me, started around the time of the transfers, and seem to be taking an innordinate time to fix.

 

Just to clarify, I am a TalkTalk customer and have not received any communication regarding Everymail and my emails are associated with my broadband.

 

My email addresses are in my private notes field and the affected addresses with regard to Virgin Money issue are numbers 2 and 3.

I have just received a phone call from a company I have garden services with and they have received, to quote " a significant number of email rejections" on my email address (no 1 in my private notes).

 

They are sent from info@topgrass.net and they also informed me that other customers who use TalkTalk email are not getting their emails.

 

This has been ongoing for many weeks now and I wonder if you have any update on this issue.
