Why do my emails keep going into recipients spam folders

Good afternoon,

 

I have had this problem for sometime, with emails not being received by recipients and going into spam and having all attachments removed.

 

Why is this happening?

@Poppy29 I understand the inconvenience this is causing you, we cannot confirm how long this will take however the team is working on fixing the issue.

Thanks for your response, but this is the same Hotmail and Gmail account issue that I can see is already being looked into.

 

You stated you wanted to know how widespread this problem is...so hopefully others will let you know.

 

It is extremely frustrating as important emails are not being received and even if the recipient does find it in their spam folder it has been stripped of the information.

 

How long will this take to fix and how will we be advised of what the fix is? Can't carry on like this.

Hi there @Poppy29 If your emails have been reported as spam by recipients in the past, and your sender reputation was be affected.
