Raisin's Customer Services Team has written to report that emails to the address above are being consistently blocked. They say that they have checked the systems at their end and all seems OK but have not provided any details of the response they receive when their emails are blocked.
The latest report from Raisin is dated 3/12/2024 and the 2 sender email addresses that are affected are:
Can anyone confirm that either or both the above addresses are being blocked by TT's spam filters and rectify the problem.

I can't disagree that there are a lot of issues with TalkTalk mail at the moment. I've raised incidents for several of the issues.

Am still waiting for Raisin to get back to me but have nothing more recent at the moment.
Is the problem of emails not being received related to the apparent increase in phishing emails being received and attmpts by TTs email service provider to optimise their spam filters.
The email address affected by this specific issue has appeared in a number of 'breached' email lists but the problem of not receiving emails from Raisin has only just arisen.
Speaking to neighbours who use other email service providers (Virgin, BT, etc) suggest that they are experiencing less of an issue with spam and email not being received than is the case with TT.
