Outgoing emails blocked error code 554

My outgoing emails have been blocked since 28th February. The error code is 554. I have tried unsuccessfully to deal with Talk Talk, made numerous attempts to try and get this sorted, but still no contact from Talk Talk. Told today that all TalkTalk customers are having email problems will take another 3 days to get anything sorted.

Your email account may be marked as sending spam.
I suggest you change your password to one that you have never used before.
Also check that there are no mail forwarding rules set up. if so delete them.
If you still get a mail rejection after this staff are back on Monday and will look into this further.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please also add the affected email address in your private notes field. Only you and staff can see this.
