I cannot access Prime & Channel 5 apps, this is a talktalk problem so please sort this out as I pay for this  service.  Dissatisfied customer.

Which box for you have do we can give correct advice.

 

Just to correct your view, TalkTalk are not responsible for any of the apps. The owner is the provider such as Prime, BBC etc. The TalkTalk box is only a means of delivering these apps to the apps customers.

 

Having said that, there are things that can be tried to rectify non working apps, but in the case of some apps and older YouView boxes the latest version of some apps will not work as the software on the old boxes can't run the apps.
