Associate legacy email accounts to TalkTalk Broadband

Hi upgraded to TalkTalk Full Fibre 1 week ago simply to keep my onetel email address.

Since this evening, I can no longer send emails.
I receive the message:

Sending of the message failed.
An error occured while sending mail. The mail server responded:
Reject for policy reason. Please check message and try again.

This was the same message before my onetel email address was  associated with my talktalk account.

How can my onetel email address be associated with my talktalk account again?

Good point, @CherryPicker9999. I hope Talktalk takes note that you encountered the problem again. People with legacy addresses may need to keep an eye on this in future. I'll flag it up for you.

My profile has this information from my previous request for association.
The account number and email address are listed.

It seems association is not automatically renewed upon contract extensions.
