Do you use Webmail or a third party client such as Outlook or Thunderbird?
I'm assuming you will be using a PC for this.
You may need to use the help function to confirm how to do this and if you need to do singley or in one go.
You are looking for a file command such as save, with an email or block of emails highlighted, or an Export Command.
The export command can also be used to save your contacts.
As said this function differs between applications, but can usually be found in the help section if you search for something like save my emails to PC, or save emails offline.
