My email is now Sending again thank you but my wifes' as mentioned in My Profile still isn't working. Do you know if this could be escalated please?

We are currently having that sorted out, as we speak the back-office team is working on it. I don't have a timeframe as to when it will be working again but please just keep testing each day. Thanks
