Hiya, I've suddenly today had the message that I am blocked from sending emails. I am receiving emails. I have changed my password twice, logging out completely each time but no change. Same sending emails via laptop & mobile. Any suggestions how to fix it please? thanks

Had trouble resetting password, this has now been resolved by Help Centre. Now find I am blocked from sending emails.

Another customer is reporting a similar issue so could you reply please, or advise if the issue has cleared or been resolved elsewhere.
I have raised this with the forum manager too as a potential trend in case it's a new fault that needs a global solution.

Have you tried using webmail?
Have you ever received an email about subscribing to Everymail or when logging into webmail do you see a red banner?
