Before Christmas I was plagued by SPAM TT emails and putting and blocking them into their boxes. By mistake I put my email address into the Blocked Box therefore I cannot get incoming emails except from TT. I can send out emails but I use a different email address for a reply.
How can I unblock my email nominated email address so i can receive emails?
Your help please?

Hi cyderman43, do you mean you created a filter to block mail senders that were spamming you? Please send me a personal message with the affected TT mailbox so that I can check your mailbox for you.

I am using TT webmail to look at my mail and I can send mail. I use Microsoft Outlet to receive and send mail for my other email address.
I would think the blocked file would in my account.
Since this problem I not received any mail in my TT email address into my Microsoft Outlook recieve box.

Are you using TalkTalk Webmail or something else, to see your 'Boxes'?

Blocked Box is a name I created. TT must have list of blocked messages so they can remove my email address from my list so I can receive messages. Its strange I can still receive some messages from TT and some other people and companies but I am changing my new email address to companies that need to inform me of anything.

Which Webmail or which email client app are you using? I think staff will require that.
And what's a 'Blocked Box'. That's new stuff for me.
