I have been a broadband customer for many years, but received an email saying that I need to pay for the service to continue. I telephoned more than a week ago to query this, and was advised that this would be changed, and that I would receive an email to confirm once this has been done. However I haven't had any further communication so would be grateful for confirmation that the email service will continue free of charge.

@JimmyFish, thank you for getting in touch with us. So, as you are currently an active broadband account holder with us, I will kindly ask for your patience as you will receive communication with regards to the matter, but you will not be charged for email services.
