Please can I have access fully restored on my app. I cannot access emails - I get a “cannot get mail, no password provided for “Talktalk”” error message. I can access using webmail.
I confirm that the Incoming and Outgoing settings are as they should be.
I’m using iPhone 12 with iOS.

Hi Ady, I still cannot access my emails through mail, although this morning it did allow me to set up my account. I got all the way to the end and when it tried to verify my account, it came up with the same error?

Today or tomorrow I'd say. Try again later to see if the iPhone authenticates the password. Until then use TalkTalk Mail webmail via an up to date Internet browser to keep in touch with email contacts.

Hi Gondola, yes I confirm I only access my emails via app on my iPhone. I use talktalk's webmail to access via my computer. I confirm that the settings are correct on my iPhone for incoming and outgoing. Many thanks for your help.

Is the iPhone the only way you view your TalkTalk Mail messages? Just making sure there are no other mail collection services or devices connecting to your mailbox.
If so then the iPhone is capable of secure mail and I can request your device access is restored on the basis of your self certification of server settings.
TalkTalk support will respond here, hopefully tomorrow.
Prepare for TalkTalk Support - include in the Community Profile (not in these public posts):
Account holder name, TalkTalk home 'phone number (if not Data Only broadband)
Alternative mobile contact number. Full address with postcode (in the Location box)
Scroll down to Private notes to add the email address and customer account number
Check and Save changes
Select here: Update your profile
