NOW BEEN 16 DAYS WITHOUT EMAIL - HAVE SPOKEN TO 5 CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE AND SENT 2 EMAIL FROM ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER TO CONCERNS EMAIL ADDRESS.
ALL THE ABOVE TO NO AVAIL.
IT ONLY HAPPENED AFTER TALKTALK DID MAINTENANCE OVERNIGHT ON EMAILS AND SPAM PROCESSES?
tHIS HAPPENED TO ME 2 YEARS AGO COULD NOT LOGIN TO MY EMAIL FOR THE SAME REASON AGAIN AFTER TALK TALK MAINTENANCE OVER NIGHT.
I LEFT TALK TALK THEN FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can instead add your account number as you no longer have TalkTalk landline
Please add the affected email address in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
