@Rubyroo171, have you added ALL relevant email addresses to Private Notes in the Personal Information area of your community forum profile?

 

You would need to go via your avatar; settings and select the Personal Information section. Private Notes is further down that area. Further down still, click on SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff will respond during the day  - it can then take 48 hours to process a webform to connect the addresses to your current broadband account. 

 

They'll want to know what restriction banner message shows when you try to send, or have you received any email message suggesting you should sign up to Everymail? Worth posting back here ASAP to get ahead with it.
