Good question but the answer is no. TalkTalk hasn't included the option to increase the mailbox size.
The solution is to backup wanted mail messages. For example, backup to another email account. Set up the two accounts in an email client as IMAP accounts then drag and drop from one to the other. Or save wanted emails and put these onto a local backup drive.
