Good afternoon,
I have had a tiscali account for many years and recently have been unable to send emails- I receive a message stating that whatever email address I try and send to- is not a valid email address and has been rejected by the server.
I have a talk talk broadband and mobile account too.
Please can someone tell me why this is happening and tell me how it can be rectified?
Also- my son has a tiscali email address too and this is happening to him- but he doesn't have a Talk Talk account. He has received a massage stating he will have to subscribe?
Please advise what he should do

I am having the same problem. I have a post office.co.uk email account which I have had for years. No problem when it was taken over by shell energy, but since talk talk took over my broadband I’ve had nothing but problems. I keep getting the message that my password is wrong and I can’t log onto my email account neither through web mail or the email app on my iPad. I’ve changed my password several times to no avail and I’m getting really mad that there is no one to call to help me with this. I’ve decided I’m going to change to sky app f ts not resolved quickly

Your order will be completed on the 19th of September, once your broadband account is active, we will submit a webform for you to link your emails to your active broadband account.

But what will happen when inactive go over to Everymail? Will my Tiscali email address be lost? I am very worried.

Thanks for your patience, I can confirm that you will need to wait for your account to be active and then we can link your emails to your active broadband account.

Thank you- will this affect my current tiscali email- as if I have an inactive account it will have to migrate to the Everymail - that was my understanding.
Can the form be completed- to make sure that I retain my tiscali email and it is taken off the list to migrate ( which it was put on by mistake )-as there was a problem with my transferring Broadband from my old address to my new address and so I have now had to set up a new account.

Thank you very much for that, I can see that you placed the order today and it is still showing as inactive on our end. The estimated completion date is 19/09/2025. Once your account is active we will then able to link your email address to your account. Thanks

This was what the member of the support team said yesterday-
'I can complete a web form for you to remove your email addresses from the Everymail migration and restore your email functionality. Since you mentioned that you have an active broadband account with us, you won’t need to subscribe to Everymail. Please update your profile with your active broadband account details so that I can locate your account more easily.'
Now that I have a new account with you- xxxxxxx please can this be done as I definitely do NOT want to lose my tiscali email address.

Following a chat on here yesterday I was told that my Talk talk account was inactive- which was news to me! I have now reinstated it and so can someone help me with the issue that every time I send an email it states I am unable to as the account i am trying to send to has an issue with it.

I had this issue previously and I have no idea who the other broadband provider was but I am definitely on Talk Talk.
I spoke to someone in Customer Services and they reinstated my broadband request for my new address.
I am receiving Broadband via my Talk Talk router.
I have never instructed another broadband provider.
