Further to Bumbly1 query, I am still unable to access my wife's talktalk email address. This has been working for many years, but since 21/22nd Nov has been inaccessible. Password not recognised. And not changeable as this requires using the very same  address. Please help.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Thanks for the extra information. I've raised the request for your wifes password reset details to be updated. You can check when its completed by intermittently going to the Password Reset Tool

Glad you managed to find your way to completing the profile information, so at least that's going to mean that staff can make a start.

Details of wife's address added. As I say this has been working well for many years. Do they need the password (which hasn't changed in all these years)

Many thanks for your help G. I tried clicking avatar but no 'settings' or 'personal info' facility. Unfortunately we are desperately trying to arrange hospice care for my wife's mother at present. All agencies have my wife's email!!. We'll try and use my address pro temp but this couldn't have come at a worse time.

Please ensure that your profile information is complete. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; add your own details in Personal Information. Must include the Talktalk phone number or account number. Scroll down a bit to Private Notes. Add your wife's details and the email address in question. 

 

Scroll down further to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
