I wonder if anyone could help please ? I pay for the email service after changing internet provider, however I forgot to pay and when it ran out last Thursday my access via IOS stopped which is fair enough. I remembered and paid on Saturday but since then I can’t get access on my iPhone or iPad, it’s telling me username or password is wrong, which they aren’t. Talktalk chat function has been pretty hopeless.
Any help gratefully received.

Yeah it was fixed yesterday afternoon.

Hi Lynford, your mailbox has been limited as part of an incident. We're aware of the problem but it's not fixable in bulk. I've requested that your mailbox be unlimited.
