I can't login to my Tiscali email account. I'm only receiving some emails into my inbox but not others. Any suggestions? Many thanks.

Hi Will, the fix was put in yesterday. You should be seeing Gmail normally now. If not please let met know.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Can you tell me when the issue will be fixed? It is seriously affecting my business. Please let me know as a matter of urgency.
Incidentally, I am receiving very suspicious looking emails from "Notify my Talktalk" with strange iCloud addresses. Can you verify that they are not from Talktalk?

I'm sorry for the delay.
We’re aware that some of our customers are having problems with their Tiscali email service. Tiscali customers are currently unable to receive emails from Gmail. Senders from Gmail are reporting getting the error message 'The MX host does not match any MX allowed by the STS policy'.
This issue only seems to be impacting email clients (outlook for example), customers using our webmail service aren’t reporting issues.
Our team are working hard to get things back up and running, please check back here for updates.
