I have had this problem since about late afternoon 29 March 2024, long before the clocks went forward. I am using a desktop email client with two ISPs. My address is myname@talktalk. and myname@otherISP.
Emails sent from myname@TT acount to myname@TT do not arrive.
Emails sent from myname@otherISP to myname@TT do not arrive.
Emails sent from myname@otherISP to mynam@otherISP do arrive.
Emails sent from other senders to myname@TT do not seem to be arriving
I suspect that TT has placed some kind of block on emails sent to myname no matter where they come from. Maybe the result of an incorrectly configured or over enthusiastic spam filter. Clearly, this is happening to a lot of people. TT need to stop discussing the issue and do something about it. We are paying for a service that we do not receive, so please fix it.

Because there are several people reporting the similar issues I've asked TalkTalk Support to check your mailboxes. Make sure the email addresses are in your Community profile, Personal information, Private Notes.
