Can’t send emails from tinyworld.co.uk

I can receive emails but can’t send from my tinyworld.co.uk email address. How do I get this fixed?  All my server settings look good.

Nobody is trying to censor you, merely asking you to post within the community guidelines. I understand your frustration. Personally, I have long since abandoned any email services linked to an ISP.

With all due respect, you can see why I would think that your working for the company. I’ve created a thread that has nothing to do with you and you and one of your community star colleagues starts to censor me when all I’m trying to do is get TalkTalk to fix a problem that is causing considerable inconvenience to a minority of its customers.

It felt like being told off for posting.  Can you tell me how your comments on this thread are helping with what is an ongoing problem that TalkTalk don’t seem to be able to fix. I’m sure they’d fix this if it was happening to @talktalk email addresses.

@Lilipopthis is very frustrating. It seems like they just don't want to listen. Having said that chap who called me today (Nas) was very pleasant and doing his best to help. I can't but help thinking that he was just having to follow a script. Let see what Thursday brings.

I have been through the live chat and had to do the same (again) despite them being able to see the logging 9f my problem last week. I am now waiting to be put through to the complaints team. All told I must have spent 3 hours on that chat getting nowhere. 

 

Things like this really get me down especially since we know where the fault is.

@rdp1524yes i have exactly the same problem.

This morning I received a call from talktalk technical team and I told him it was a wider issue and he should check the blogs but he insisted to go thru my failure to send email. His view was that the issue might be specific to me however shows the same error message as everyone else. Having done the diagnostics he has now referred it further up the chain and said will call me back on Thursday. I strongly suggested that he ought to tell the escalation team to read the blogs here however i got the feeling that will not happen. Lets see what Thursday brings.

Just to check if I am having the same issue as everyone else. This is from an @Tinyworld.co.uk email address.

 

- When trying to send an email from Outlook I get back a System Administrator 'Undeliverable' including an error code "

550 5.7.1  Reject for policy reason"

 

- When sending an email from the TalkTalk mail app in a browser it says "An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request."

 

Everyone else experiencing the same?! I have been on the phone/live chat for hours and they don't seem to have a clue what I am talking about or what the issue might be.

You weren't "told off" for contacting the CEO, you were asked not to post any personal details in public in accordance with the community guidelines.

my @Tinyworld.co.uk has also stopped working again. One of the staff on this community site suggested that we all needed to raise a separate thread as it will be more impactful. I was told off for directly contacting the CEO, but I will do this again. The email address is in the public domain. Google search will find it.

Having the same issue for the secont time in less than a week. Given we are now forced to pay an annual subscription to maintain the tinyworld.co.uk mail address, this simply isnt good enough.

 

I am now in a situation where I cant send from any email client including talktalk webmail and have to urgent respond on a legal issue.

 

This is so frustrating for what should be a simple service for Talk Talk to provide.

Hi...Thanks again to ALL who assisted in trying to solve this issue.

Thanks to you, Ady, in particular who tried to escalate and get help.

We all know things can go wrong....when things we take for granted fail we get frustrated and cross.

The best way forward has to be to complain to those at the top who usually avoid most of the flack. 😁

We love our tinyworld e mail address and want to keep it  ..  [has to be 35 years at least]    🤞
