Hi,
A few weeks ago I signed up for Digital Voice with my fiber, therefore removing the need for the 'copper wire'.
I have had no notification/confirmation from TalkTalk with regards to setting up the Digital Voice facility. My router does not have a phone port, so I have a feeling I will be without a phone if it is switch without notice.
The WiFi also has a tendency to drop out for a minute or more which affects the TV and smart speakers. This can occur several times in one hour.
Reading other posts, it sounds as if another router is required.
