I am totally fed up with the talktalk service. After more than a month of holding on for ages on the phone, chatting to a robot, being told to work with the community, being told you are sorry for the delay and so on, I sent a complaint message two days ago. And what did I get this morning?? A message telling me to work through the community!!. I tried (again!) in the community and received a message telling me to start a new topic in the community site!! Why doesn't someone have the decency to call or e mail mail me to fix the issue. Shortly I'll have no phone at all. What happened to the Engineer in January who was to send me adapters/cable,etc and instructions on how to connect my phone in one room to the router in another??

@bougivalbob, your other thread had posts from other customers, so staff were telling them to start their own topics - unfortunately it meant that you got the impression that it was bring addressed to you!
Hope you find the Full Fibre team support helps resolve the issue.
