Can’t send emails using Surfshark vpn

Hi has anyone been able to send emails with Surfshark. I have tried different server ports but with no success

You have and if they won't allow you to use the secure mail sending port our servers won't let you send. Sorry.

I am using an iPhone with the standard Apple Mail application and Surfshark VPN. It is set up to use the outgoing server smtp.talktalk.net. It works fine when not using the VPN but when active I get the error message: "Cannot connect to the outgoing mail server for..."

Surfshark have now confirmed that I can't use the outgoing mail server port 587 when using their product which the Talktalk settings state. They proposed using port 465 or 2525 but neither of these work when I try to verify the settings.

Hi Rellams, we'll need some more information. What mail client are you using and are you getting rejection errors?
