I uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird in Windows 10
I added my account manually as IMAP (formerly POP3)

I clicked Re-test
Responded with ‘Password ok’
I clicked Done
Re-test and Done buttons faded
Account not added
No error message
What have I done wrong?
