Cannot send emails

I had problems with accessing two of my Talktalk email addresses last week. After a phone call to Customer Service I got access back, but now I can receive emails but not send them.  This is on the Talktalk Webmail as well as on my other apps.

I had a call back from lady at Talktalk who unblocked me so all sorted now.

I have not been told by Talktalk that I have to move to Everymail.  I have a current Talktalk subscription for hone and broadband. I filled in the profile as advised  but then didn't know whst to do. In the meantime I had an online chat with Talktalk so waiting to see if they unblock me. Still cannot send emails from two of my emails. One message said I am blocked from sending, another said the address I am sending to is invalid.

Have you received any notification about moving to Everymail?

 

Even if not please follow the advice given here regarding your email address.
