Cant get my e mails on talk talk app but i dint have a talk talk account

I cant access talk talk app it was ok until yesterday so icant get e mails, trouble is i dont have an account, my e mail address was taken over by talk talk several years ago and ivejust had to go to app and type in my address and i got my emails now i cannot within the space of a day the app just keeps going round and round

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.

Which email domain does your email address use? e.g. tiscali.co.uk, lineone.net, onetel.com or one of the other legacy domains managed by TalkTalk.
