Why can't I change an email password. It meets the criteria but when I try I get a message saying 'Your password cannot be reset at this time. Please try again later'. Is there something wrong with TalkTalk?

Hi Dannyboy24, are you trying to do that in MyAccount? If you could send me a personal message with your account number I can check this for you.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
