There is a setting on my email that forwards them to another email account that I have - I would like to remove that setting.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Open the help link, usually under the past drop down and search mail forwarding. This should help you to delete the rule.

 

There are many emails clients so we can't be specific as we don't know how you access your mails.

 

If you can't find it under help then do a general Google search.
