The incident team have made some changes and have asked users to retry and confirm if the changes have resolved the issue.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. It was working on Friday last week but now no emails are going via either an Outlook desktop client, 'phone client or the webmail interface.  Customer services were as unhelpful and obstructive as ever.

 

Incoming mail is working normally.  The account status is fully paid-up by Direct Debit.

Hi @colehillkd can you confirm if you are using lineone.net, tiscali.co.uk, tinyworld.co.uk or talktalk.net email address?
