I can now receive emails, but when I try to send I still get

@Jessica55 so just to confirm are you having any issues with the internet.

@Dotbil, you don't seem to have ever started your own thread for this.

Posting on other people's topics just clocks up as an "answer" on the thread.

For Talktalk to have a clearer idea of numbers affected, each customer should start their own topic.

That applies to all issues that need staff attention across the Community.

This is the error message I get when trying to send an email:

An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

The same problem today as before with the server. It keeps happening.
