I am having issues with my email account. It is not sending emails and also not accepting incoming emails. What is the issue please??

The incident team have made some changes and have asked users to retry and confirm if the changes have resolved the issue.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. @Jessica55 so just to confirm are you having any issues with the internet.

@Dotbil, you don't seem to have ever started your own thread for this.

 

Posting on other people's topics just clocks up as an "answer" on the thread.

 

For Talktalk to have a clearer idea of numbers affected, each customer should start their own topic.

 

That applies to all issues that need staff attention across the Community.

This is the error message I get when trying to send an email:

An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

The same problem today as before with the server. It keeps happening.
