UNABLE TO SEND ANY EMAILS FOR PAST 24 HOURS

For the past 24 hours we have not been able to send any emails - looks like it is sending then comes up with the message 'an error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request'. Is there anything we can do ourselves or is this a community wide issue that only TALKTALK can resolve?

The incident team have made some changes to tinyworld addresses and have asked users to retry and confirm if the changes have resolved the issue.

there is nothing you can do individually to resolve it. We will need to conduct checks on your email. Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with, or trying to search for something on the Internet.

www.bbc.co.uk  website opens fine in browser. Is there anything I can try to resolve not being able to send emails for over 24 hours?
