Create New Emails

I've been with TalkTalk for years now and when I started, there was supposed to be some work being done on allowing us to create additional TalkTalk emails again like we were once able to before this facility got disabled but it still doesn't look like that's been sorted, unless I've missed something, have I? Admittedly, I don't come to this part often, I don't have the time.
