emails incorrectly.identifying as spam

despite 2hr tel call to talktalk to solve I emails.from one particilar.source identified by talktalk systems as being spam even in talktalk webmail.

 

 

 

Souof emails.tell me they cannot do anything as its due to talktalk.

 

I can click on email and say its not spam buy future emails still identified as spam.

So the only way for me to gey emails into my inbox is to leave talktalk . Why is it the fact that other companies emails  can have their emails go to inbox?

Why did it only stop working for me since a few months ago?

Looks like you leave me no choice but to cancel my talktalk contract.

I have received the following from my golf club in response to your message:


Thank you for your email, sadly this is not an issue which either South Herts or our provider are able to rectify if TalkTalk are not accepting our emails.

I request you to further investigate this problem otherwise it looks like I will have cancel my contract with talktalk and use another providers emails so that I can achieve emails going to my inbox.

Please further investigate.

The team have reset the filters for the golf club again but the golf club have an email in their mailing list that is reported as spammy in several places. The team managing their filters are advising that the golf club should audit their mailing lists in order to prevent this happening again.

Still having the problem with emails from.golf club via Intelligent golf going to my spam folder. Hope more work and investigations are being done to resolve issue.

I can see we've accepted thousands of messages from them and blocked 20 or so in the last 7 days. I've asked the team to take a look at the filters again. I've been getting rapid responses of late so hopefully will have an answer for you very shortly.

I had previously added addresses to contacts list and marked emails as.NOT spam but this hasn't helped. It's a no reply address and a global email sent from my golf club via Intelligent golf but as I have said before didn't have problems until last couple months or whatever.

I do not know how to set up filter to send that email to in box other than doing it on the message in the spam folder and saying not spam when it transfer to inbox but further new messages from these particular senders still go to spam folder.

Is there other options by your suggestion of setting of filters? please explain fully the method to do so. Thanks.

Have you added the sender to your contacts list and marked their mails as not spam? Have you tried setting a filter to send the mails from that sender to inbox?

This issue definitely lies with talktalk and must be rectified.

Why don't talktalk have a white list? How am I expected to proceed to prevent these emails going to spam . Intelligent Golf and Talktalk both seem to say no problem but still emails from Intelligent Golf  going into spam folder. No problems with any other emails. Accessing emails via talktalk Web mail directly and doesn't matter what browser or device is used .

This needs to be sorted.

It is also a new.problem as have been getting such emails for years without problems and it only fairly recently this has been happening.

Please make.further efforts to sort our problem at talktalk.

We don't have a whitelist and the team checked on intelligentgolf and could find nothing wrong with the incoming mail or the filters.

A further email from 

noreply@intelligentgolf.co.uk was recieved in my spam folder at 12.03pm today 18th sept 2024.

Is it possible that whole domain intelligentgolf.co.uk needs to be assigned NOT spam. 

Please make further attempts to rectify situation.

I've added it to the list. I suspect our filters are a little too aggressive in trying to keep spam to a minimum.

the sender is noreply@intelligentgolf.co.uk and intelligentgolf is utilised by my golf club to send out emails to.the.golf membership. 

I havencontacted golf club and they have contacted intelligent golf but they cannot do anything as the source of the problem is talktalk.
