How can I access my Created Folders on my incoming mail screen. There is no button for it.

If you mean within a TalkTalk email account and you're accessing it via TalkTalk webmail,
then any new folders you have created will appear under a special folder, called 'My Folders'.
So, don't your new folders appear there?
