Hi
Help please?

I am able to move an email to a folder when I wish to do so.

Doing that move I am able to see the folders that I have created.

What I can't do is access those folders later as they do not feature with the rest of my list of folders.

What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Hi, @Daisy54

In TalkTalk webmail, there are 6 primary folders, Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam, Trash, and Archive, in that order.
By clicking on one of these folders (other than Trash), and then right-clicking on it, one can create a sub-folder under the clicked folder. The command is labelled 'Add a new folder', but it means 'Add a new sub-folder'.
For instance, I have 3 sub-folders under the 'Archive' folder.
So, under which primary folder did you create the sub-folder/s, and how long did it take to disappear?
I have never had disappearing sub-folders.
