unable to reset my password

I am trying to log in and on trying to change my password and despite telling me there's a message to both phone or email I get neither! I can log into my account and waiting to talk to a human but alas nothing so far

@dosterburg930! I’m glad to hear that you were able to access your TalkTalk email using Edge! Is there anything else I can assist you with?

Please ensure that you're using the correct email address linked to your TalkTalk account when attempting to reset your password. If you haven't yet, try clearing your browser cache and cookies or using a different browser to reset your password.

Hi @dosterburg930! I have checked on your account and you are a talktalk customer and you do not need to register for everymail.

Hi and good afternoon

Thank you for your reply on this, I am a Talktalk customer(few years now) and wanted to access my talktalk email. I have not got an Everymail account and I can log into my talktalk account so I am on the system. I try to log in to the mail manager but regardless of how many times I try to reset my password nothing happens

Hi,

 

Have you previously set up recovery email address and a phone number? Are these still valid or have they changed since you set them?

 

Are you logging into Mail Manager to change the password?

 

Ate you still a TalkTalk customer for Email or have you transferred to Everymail?

 

Staff are not back until Monday now to offer help but if you'd like them to look into for you please could you complete your profile.
