Not receiving emails from a specific sender

I am currently not receiving emails from a specific sender, namely noreply@mail.tickets.fifa.com

These will come from an automated system so destination (my) email address will be correct. Somewhere these emails are getting blocked / lost. It’s  not by my settings, filters etc. Seemingly blocked upstream somewhere but no idea why this would be the case just for my talktalk emails from this source.

 

I have had a similar issue with a couple of other automated senders previously and the issue seems to just go away, eventually.

Hi Thabile-TT, Thanks for replying.

i already added the address to contacts (done in talktalk webmail) was advised to do this by sender. It made no difference.

Also  i have no rules or filters set up on incoming emails.

@YanIL I acknowledge that you've indicated the email filtering is not due to your settings however automated emails can sometimes be misclassified by the email provider's filters.  I recommend you add noreply@mail.tickets.fifa.com to your contacts or address book. This can help in preventing the emails from being filtered and also please review your email settings for any automatic filters or rules that might inadvertently block or redirect these emails.

If you are trying to buy something important then I would seriously suggest using a reliable email service, rather than one of TalkTalk’s.
