As part of the phased migration of mailboxes to OX Cloud 8 I'm seeing significant delays in delivery of some mail messages. For example a 2 hour delay in a mail message being received at the Open Xchange MX server and being passed to the temporary legacyMX server before onward delivery to the mailbox. See screenshot.
Is this a capacity issue that can be fixed by OX? Given that the mail migration programme is from July to October that's a long time for some TalkTalk Mail users to have to suffer these delays in delivery.

If it's a capacity issue for unmigrated mailboxes that's delaying delivery for some inbound mail then it's in the early phase of mailbox migration that the issue, illustrated with mail header analysis, will be most apparent.

Hi Gondola, I've not be warned/advised of any delays and I've no visibility of who's being migrated. I'll ask the team for a response.
